So, what’s happened when a Kirsten Dunst-like female singer inspired by Pearl Jam? Just caught this on the net:

I’ve read that you cover Pearl Jam sometimes. Any chance you met those guys?

No. God, I wish. I would love to. But we actually start our show that way.

Which song?

“Better Man.” … In general, in music, it’s fun to
take songs out of their original context and sort of try and make them
your own. And the implications of that song, lyrically and
contextually, fit with one of our songs – our song “Settlin’” that
actually just went No. 1. And so we put those together, and it’s fun to
be able to play with that. … And for me, in my college years, Pearl Jam
was huge. I was totally in love with Eddie Vedder (laughs) like every
other girl my age.
